FSQ Sport is thrilled to announce the addition of Elizabeth McCaw to the consulting team to provide sport organizations support in governance and organizational alignment.
Elizabeth is a proven non-profit sport administrative professional. After graduating from Sports Management, Elizabeth began a 20-year career in non-profit sport leadership working within Provincial Sport (PSO’s), Charities, Associations, and Community Sport Organizations.
She is led by her passion to embed empathy into strategy and support’s organizations with:
- Organization restructuring
- Change management
- Policy review & creation
- Strategic planning
- Provincial standardization
- Application review & preparation
- Programming structures & creation
A passionate advocate that true change happens when you bring together a group of diverse talent and push them outside their comfort zones to look for solutions from the perspective of the user, not the boardroom.
